End to one bag restrictions

There's been a limited lifting of the one bag restriction on hand luggage. This happened last month at various airports around the UK. It's not been lifted at all because some airports say they do not have enough security measures in place yet to fully list the restrictions.

Some companies may well keep the restriction on one bag as this saves them money on fuel!
